Lincoln Day Dinner Feb. 20th!
Once again the Cedar Livestock & Heritage Festival, in conjunction with the Cedar Livestock Association, is proud to host the annual Lincoln Day Dinner on February 20th, at 6 p.m. The traditional Dutch Oven dinner will take place at the Cedar Middle School, located at 2215 West Royal Hunte Drive (above Walmart).
“This is the event we look forward to all year; A chance to remember our greatest president, renew old acquaintances a have an absolutely delicious dinner,” said Chad Reid, Chairman of the Cedar Livestock & Heritage Festival. “ I am very much looking forward to February 20th.”
Tickets are on sale at the USU Extension Office, 585 N. Main Street or from a Cedar Livestock & Heritage Festival Board Member or at the Market Grill located at 2290 West 400 North. Tickets are $20 and are selling fast.
The evening will include raffle items, auction items, door prizes, entertainment and a delicious Dutch oven dinner prepared by Vittles “R” Us (Kendall Benson family). Menu features: Garlic lamb roast, cowboy beans, scones with honey butter and hot apple cobbler.
Proceeds will benefit the Cedar Livestock & Heritage Festival slated for the October 26-28, 2012. Information is available at 435-586-8132.
